"I submitted an inquiry for a bid from River City Environmental on a Saturday morning without great hope of hearing back on the weekend.  I heard from Juan within the hour, scheduled a time for him to come out and look at the project the same day.  He was prompt and showed up as scheduled.  Juan was friendly, looked over the job site, and gave me a quote right then.  He had a crew available to start asap, but was flexible once some unrelated issues delayed the start for a few days.  Juan was very communicative throughout the bidding and scheduling process, and this level of communications continued throughout and after the project.  Once the job was scheduled, the crew showed  up on time and finished the job in less time than expected.
Juan and his crew arrived expecting to see a cleared out space, but found that the HVAC units had not been removed prior to the job as promised.  They moved them with no hassle.  They did an excellent job removing the asbestos tile, the wall board, and the mastic from the slab.  Juan let me know right away once they were done and rather than asking for payment, he asked that I check their work first.  When a third party checked it for me and let me know that there were some small pieces of wall board remaining in a wall cavity, Juan was there almost immediately to remove it.  He also provided an air clearance test at the completion of the project for a small additional fee.
I work on remodel projects that involve interactions with any and all trades on a regular basis, and working with Juan has been a breath of fresh air.  No games, no gimmicks.  He shows up,  tells you what he will do, for what price, and when, and he does it well!"

"I was totally impressed. They first came several days ago and look at my issues, then repaired my drywall. I had three companies from Angie's List and I contacted them, but on two of them get back to me then I pick Paul's Drywall. My contact with them was total satisfactory."

"I was asked to oversee a window installation project in my neighbors home. I am EXTREMELY happy with the total project. From the salesman Charlie, Jim the gentleman that did the measuring, the very thorough AND PROFESSIONAL install crew, Rudy the finish out and touch-up guy, and Michelle from Admin. It was a terrific experience all around! Windows look awesome. My neighbor is very, very happy and has even adjusted her thermostat 2 degrees higher because it's so cold in the house. What's really amazing is that on the sunny side of the house, you can't even feel the heat on the inside of the window. I'm extremely excited for her. Thanks Southwest!!!"

"The workers did an awesome job, very pleased that they were very cautions with the surrounding property, and picked up all debris."

"Jose is a very kind and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in his work. We hired him to paint our carport which was damaged during a car fire. Needless to say - it was an eye sore with soot everywhere!! Jose patiently answered all of our questions, made recommendations and gave us a very fair price. He and his team arrived at our home on time and ready to work. He even helped my dad with a side project. But most importantly, we are happy that all traces of the fire are finally gone and the carport looks like new! If you’re in need of a hard working, friendly and responsive professional - I absolutely recommend you give Jose a call!"
