"GREAT SERVICE AND BEST REMODLING GUYS Id been looking for someone to remodel my old, kind of nasty tub/shower into a nice new walk-in shower for a few months. Everyone was booked, took weeks to respond to me, and/or asking way above my budget even before we considered costs for the tile and other materials. Victor and his team really came through for us! We got an estimate within 24 hours of contacting Ybarra Professional Builders the project was completed within two weeks. After removing existing moss, consider using paver blocking sand to fill the joints. This specialty material hardens once placed and serves as an effective barrier against moss and weeds. From there on, regularly clean your pavers and try to keep them dry. You can also seal your paver as a semi-permanent solution — just make sure you reseal every 3 to 5 years.

Grass pavers are suitable for heavy foot or vehicle traffic, but they’re not as resistant as concrete or asphalt pavers.

If pavers are uneven but not sunken, lift the affected bricks and check the bedding sand underneath. In many cases, simply smoothing out or adjusting the sand is enough to level them. Add or remove small amounts as needed, then press the pavers back into place and tap them with a mallet until they sit evenly with the surrounding surface.

The most obvious disadvantage of permeable paving is that the cost is typically higher compared to non-permeable concrete, pavers, or asphalt methods. If your driveway is cracked, you can repave it with a process called asphalt overlay. Overlay is more cost-effective than a full replacement but is better suited for minor cracks and issues. If you have major cracks or other problems like water pooling, asphalt overlay isn’t your best bet. Plus, paving over a cracked driveway only extends the lifetime by about 10 years, whereas replacing it would start the clock over completely to give you up to 30 years.
