Very professional

I live in a rural area, and it was difficult to find someone who would repair my old Whirlpool. They came out as promised, and my dishwasher works better than ever!

Tech. was very prompt.

We live in a very small town in a rural area, so the repairmen that service these kinds of areas have to fix all kinds of appliances instead of specializing in certain makes. The gentlemen that came out had only repaired Fisher & Paykel Dishdrawers one other time. They are not big sellers in these small towns. Luckily there was only a clip that hadn t been installed on the right side during installation that holds the right side of the top dish drawer in place. When the top drawer was opened it would occasionally slip out of place on the right side, so I would put it back in place and it would stay until someone occasionally pulled down to hard on the right side to open it, which probably caused the electronics in the bottom drawer to lose communication with the top drawer. The power just needed to be turned on and off to reset the electronics and everything was fine. He did say if there would have been repairs that would have been needed he would have to read upon the drawers (which is understandable). They text me when they were on their way from another job, and we re very friendly, and helpful. The office staff was beyond great (Kelly). Professional and helpful from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend 7H for your repair needs.
