They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "Mike, the owner, was very nice to work with, although I did not see him again after the initial plans were made.  We had a frustrating delay in getting approval from our HOA to do the work, but Mike kept in touch the whole time and had a crew ready to go as soon as we received approval.  The work crew showed up very promptly each day and were very neat throughout the job, and did not hesitate to ask me questions about what I wanted.  After they left I discovered that they did not finish painting one of the posts on the back porch and some of the gray paint used on the siding had splattered on one of the front porch rails, but I am hoping they will come back to correct that.  The job cost more than I was hoping since my neighbor with a similar house had hers painted a year ago for half the price.  I bought the Exterior $1299 deal from Angie's list, but it was explained to me that my house would cost more because of all the trim.  So, it would  have to be a pretty small house to fit the $1299 deal, since two of our exterior walls are all brick and did not need paint, and it is only a 1785 sq.ft. house.  Having said all this, I would definitely hire them again as I am very pleased with the overall work on the house and the way it looks brand new!
