During our initial consultation he spent time making sure he understood what we wanted. We have a large dog and wanted to make sure we did everything we could to make the space as comfortable for her as possible. He gave us suggestions, tips and answered my questions comfortably. When the quote arrived he wasn't the cheapest but cheapest and best value are not the same. I'd seen others that paid less and they got what they paid for. Huge creases running across their yard or materials so cheap you couldn't walk on them without shoes or it hurt. I wanted experience and quality more than a little extra saving. Don was very understanding in scheduling around the pool and deck construction we were also having done. This was crucial to prevent damage to our new pool and deck. He explained our options and assessed the best course for us. He arrived on time and he and the crew worked their way through the project and the issues that inevitably turn up once they get digging. He discussed our options as issues arose, such as some random excess concrete around a fence post that had to be accommodated to inoperable sprinklers (the pool contractors cut the line) making it extremely difficult to locate them. When we all missed one he had someone around that evening to cut the space needed for it. He walked us through the completed job ensuring we were happy with everything. He's also followed up since then to make sure we were still happy and no tweaks were needed. Happy to recommend.

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and were there at the house when they said they would be. We did not have to wait around half a day for someone to show up. They did an amazing job for a decent price. If I had more work to be done, they would be getting my business.

Arranging the project was relatively easy, and the company is cost competitive. Execution was largely good -- guys were quick and efficient. There were small issues (e.g., throwing old shingles on shrubbery, not putting the protective tarp on stone etc.). That being said, very good work for the final product.

Satisfied overall, but main grudge is that when fixing a hole in a six foot piece of siding they cut out a two foot section and replaced it instead of replacing the whole six foot piece.

Hidden damage was found after starting the work, but the additional work was handled within the original estimate, It was somewhat a small job involving about a dozen shingles.

April was incredibly patient and helpful helping me . Don came out very quickly to evaluate estimate my roof repair and helpful. The work was done promptly and to my satisfaction during busy storm season. Would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Deal with April. She is on top of it & her follow up is superb. I'm an out of state property owner. And she made me feel confident throughout the entire repair process. She worked closely with my property mgr and when there was an issue she had somebody out there the next day. I should mention SBS's price was 1/3 of what my PM wanted to charge me.
