"We had some communication problems with the sales person and were somewhat put off by the high pressure. When the installer came out he said that additional work was needed which was not addressed in the quote. They used a rather "breezy" approach to the pricing, throwing a high figure out at first and then lowering it when we balked at the first price. As far the install quality is concerned, it was fine. I would recommend, but with caution."
