Melvin should choose his subs more carefully. We've had two electrical fires, and finding outside lights were just screwed into the plastic siding, no electrical box. Did not know all this when we closed, found years later. His electricians did a horrible job. Scared what else we will find.

"They rebuilt our wrap around deck and added a roof. Extended our garage apartment deck, and added a roof to that. Replaced the screen in over 30 windows. Replaced storm doors, and garage side entry door. Pressure washed and painted garage and house. They were punctual, reliable, and extremely polite.
