"Details left out on this review are that this was in several apartments in which the technicians were required to do inspections in each, the techs were at the time frame of the on-site apartment manager (and tenants) who was letting them into each of the apartments, the thermostat job was added after being on-site and required a trip to the store to get the thermostat, and also added was troubleshooting a hot water issue that could not be resolved without additional cost. Crafty Hammer does not normally do daily apartment maintenance as our technicians are handymen, but also have the expertise to do remodels & construction. I recommended to Zach to research or ask rates prior to just hiring in his future maintenance vendor search."
