I highly recommend working with Perfect Foundation Services. Their pricing falls in the middle range, and Tony was transparent about the necessary work, assessing the condition of pier and beam areas. Unlike other bids that only took 20 minutes, Tony spent the time to explain and even showed me under the house, making me feel confident in my choice. The project was completed in three days and cost $6,430.
