Perfect Foundation ServicesWhen they got all the shingles pulled off they found decking that needed to be repaired and the brought this to our attention and repaired it. Their rates were very competitive and they did a very nice job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the shingles and nails.

They came in with very reasonable quotes for the drywall patching in 5 different rooms, filling of old light and vent holes and large cracks, then finally painting the ceilings. It took longer than they had anticipated but at no time was there a change in the agreed price. They cleaned up afterwards and made a final walk around to make sure I was satisfied. The result was as near perfect as you could get with the horrendous condition they had to deal with. They are highly recommended. "
