The reason for low marks here is poor customer service. The estimate for the pumping, replace lid, and inspect tank was $600, but final bill was $800 with no explanation. RW gave me the option of replacing our system or repairing it. We chose to repair the system. RW never called to schedule the repair and would not return my phone calls. As of today (5/12/2014), RW still has not returned my calls.
