"John called within an hour of my request and arrived within 30 minutes after that and had the job done within an hour. I consider myself very fortunate and lucky that I found him. He had to remove some screws, straighten out all the bent metal pieces, and then put everything back together again, and get the window adjusted so that it operated correctly."

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Moe very responsive and arranged to start quickly on my projects. I had multiple projects like resetting a post in concrete, reattaching stone to the facing of my front porch and replacing damaged floor baseboard. He was affordable, very skilled and honest. "Way over priced. 500.00 to install a door that I am buying, and 5000.00 to replace 9 pieces of siding and paint 3 sides of a 26 X 48 house. I already had an estimate and received 1 more today and I am getting both done for just over half of that."

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

Choose a barn door with an extra two to three inches on either side of the frame. The width of the barn door will depend on the type and placement of your track, but in most cases, an additional inch or two will do the trick.

Technically, most states allow tiny homes, but it depends on the definition of tiny and whether the structure is permanent. Zoning laws regarding home size and construction are significant factors. For instance, a tiny home may be legal as a recreational vehicle in most areas, but you may only install it on a property if it complies with building and zoning codes.

Whether a prefab home is worth it or not will depend on your personal needs and preferences. Overall, prefab homes tend to cost less than traditional homes, although they also tend to have lower resale values. Another thing to consider is that prefab homes usually last 50 to 60 years or longer, while traditional homes last 50 to 100 years or more.

The foundation for a pole barn should be at least 36 inches thick to ensure that the piers won’t shift from frost heave.

You don’t typically need a permit to build a shed, but it’s best to check with your local city clerk to make sure before you start the project. Every town, city, and municipality can have different rules when it comes to any home improvement project. Homeowners associations sometimes have restrictions on the materials you can use on your property as well.
