Beautiful new fence! Removed our over 10 year old warped and cracked 6-ft fence and replaced it with a solid side by side 8 ft fence. Super professional, skilled, and friendly team completely transformed our yard in 3 days. Excellent craftsmanship and dedication to building a quality fence. Great cleanup too, which we really appreciate since we have a toddler.

They did the fence for us and my neighbor, could say much about them, the owner was great, sat with us and gave us all options, and showed us everything , punctual, and neat, the fence was just beautiful, they worked hard, easy to communicate with, they did and finished in 3 days, cleaned up every single day, spend an hour to make sure that nothing is kept undone, they were just super. The owner comes over not just to check on the workers, but also to make sure that we are well informed about the process and answered all our questions.

The original metal poles, set in concrete, were able to be used for new wood fencing. Being able to use existing metal poles saved both time and money. Finished job looks super!

The existing fence we had that was put in by the previous owners of our house used someone who was not a fence builder and it showed. And after the last storm we had were a section fell over pulling the steel posts out of the ground we decided we had to bite the bullet and began searching and got multiple quotes. We finally met Jeff from Affordable Fence Co. and explained what we were looking for. Our yard is broken into 2 sides and has 2 gates on each side with a total of 300 linear feet. I am 6'1" and the existing fence ranged anywhere from 5'5" to 6' so I was really wanted to have a fence that would be taller then myself but really couldn't afford an 8' fence. But it turns out we could just use a kicker board at the base along with 6' pickets and it became a fence that was at least 6'4". We also decided to do Board on Board as we liked how it looks even if a bit more. So we pulled the trigger and setup a time for when they would began installation(Aug 6th, 2018). Jeff kept in contact and answered any questions I had. He also collected the deposit(1/2 down) before the work began. The crew showed up about 8:30 on the 6th and began demolishing the old fence. I can tell you they were FAST! and I have no idea how they were able to hall off all that wood and posts but they did. Around 9am or so the supplies were delivered and the foreman made sure to ask me what side of the garage were were parked on in case we needed to leave and had the pallets unloaded on the opposite side(and there were many pallets!). The crew worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather and on the first day had the existing fence removed along with all the new posts set in the ground at 3' deep...and they worked until 7 to 8pm at night. The following 3 days they built up the fence and gates and did a great job of picking up after themselves and they continued to work until 7 to 8 at night save the last Day(Thursday the 9th). I kept going outside during this process and watching the progress and was truly impressed at the work these guys did. It really has helped improve the curb appeal of my house and have already received positive comments from my neighbors. Jeff came out to where I paid the remainder of my balance after the fence was completed and was sure I was happy with it. Also note, the fence comes with a warranty on the wood for 10 years and the posts for 15 years which is a nice touch. Will be having the fence stained by a 3rd party that was suggested by Jeff but will do a separate review for them. Thanks guys! PS-Sorry the photos are sideways. All work was done efficiently and expertly. The total job took 2 days. Great care was taken and adjustments made to accommodate our sloping yard. What's more, the price was totally fair. You know you have a winner when neighbors come out to admire the job.

So very pleased with AFC, they tore out my old chain link and built a new cedar side by side; all work was completed in two days and it looks fantastic. They also put in dog windows customized to the size I wanted and made sure there were no gaps anywhere under the gates or in between the fence and sides of house. I would absolutely use them again, I have already referred friends to them.

Excellent job by Jeff and his crew. There was no sense of pressure during the quote process. Professional and were reasonably priced as well. The fence came out fantastic! Would use again!

Somebody else will stain the fence, but they included it in the price. I think everybody is too expensive.

They did an excellent job. The work included a retaining wall, fencing around our property, and the shared fence with our next door neighbor. We were very happy with the result.

We had a great experience. Easy to work with, reasonably priced and the fence looked beautiful upon completion.

Installation was quick and problem free.  I'm very happy with my new fences.  They tore down the old fence and neatly stacked the lumber by the curb for pick up by the city.

The workers arrived on time and proceeded to demolish and take away the old fencing. Then, they promptly installed the new fence. The job was done quickly and efficiently. We have no problem at all with the finished product.

The install went great.  We have a small garden in the back that runs adjacent to the fence.  They took good care, as best they could, to avoid damaging the plants.
The fence itself looks wonderful and is perfectly straight and lined up.
During the install, the foreman would ask particular questions to ensure it was done to our specification and it turned out great.
While a company can be successful on the efforts they perform alone, it is how they handle issues after the fact that, in my opinion, truly mark a great company.
During the work, and not surprisingly, they damaged one of our sprinkler heads.  I provided them a picture, sent it over and gave them details on where to get the part in question.  Within the week of completion, they had the sprinkler head replaced.
Additionally, one of the cedar boards had split shortly after the install, and they have since offered to replace that bad board.
This is the mark of a great company.  They have been responsive and timely in there efforts and their post install issues.
I would definitely use them again.

Working with Affordable Fence was GREAT!  Jeff was excellent to work with and was very responsive to every question and concern.  He kept in contact with me and reviewed what would be done and when.  His crew was punctual and did a great job.
The electric gate required more work because of the grade of the alley and Jeff and his crew continued till it was working properly and looked great.  I am very pleased with the finished product and would absolutely recommend Affordable Fences.

Work started on the day promised, finished on the day promised, and is of very high quality.  The materials used and the finished fence are exactly as we discussed and agreed upon beforehand, and cost what the estimate stated. 
And, the fence looks great.
I made initial contact with Affordable Fence via email stating that I needed about 128 feet of fence with one gate replaced at my home in Carrollton.
Jeff Whitley responded by telephone in a couple of hours and we discussed the type of fence that I had in mind, the details of the fence and materials, how long before work could begin, and the approximate price per foot.  Once we had all that figured out, I asked for a written estimate for that fence with a cost breakout of the neighbor?s half of the common section.  The estimate arrived the next morning.
After receiving a couple of other quotes over the next week or so, I chose Affordable Fence and called Jeff to get things started.  Jeff figured that it would probably take two days or maybe two and a half days to complete the job and set a start date.
The materials were delivered the day before work was to begin and Jeff stopped by to see the yard and get a deposit.  The crew showed up the next day as scheduled and removed the old fence and posts, and set the new posts.  The next day they built the new fence and cleaned up and removed all the debris.  And it was done. 
Jeff came around a couple of days later to inspect the job and collect the final payment.  While there, he made a small adjustment to the gate latch.
Quick and easy.
I will also add that several fence companies with good ratings on Angie?s list did not bother to respond to my initial queries, and that Affordable Fence turned out to have the lowest bid of those that did respond.

Jeff was very responsive from the first message left for him. He answered every call and email right away. He is professional and wonderful to work with. He always communicated exactly what would happen and when, and things occurred just as he described. Jeff worked patiently with me and my next door neighbor to meet both our wants since they were doing both fences at the same time. The quality of the fence is wonderful, and the workmen did a great job. The gates are wonderful and PERFECT!! I was especially impressed with the workers staining the fence as they took such great care and detail in staining it.
