He completed our dryer vent cleaning, reconnected our dryer, and returned it to its proper position to complete his work. He also confirmed everything was working properly and explained how our dryer vent works. Our escape vent is located on the roof and he explained what to watch for regarding dryer safety. We definitely will schedule with Hawk for future dryer vent cleaning jobs as well as for our chimney inspection and cleaning. "In response to a request for someone to repair my Weber gas grill thru Angi’s list, I was contacted by Plano Masonry and Chimney. I was told they mainly do fireplaces and do not provide this service but recommended Jeffrey. Jeffrey contacted me within 30 min, on the Saturday afternoon before Memorial Day! A couple hours later, the grill was fixed and the brats were cooking! The owner of Plano Masonry and Chimney was awesome, going out of his way to help us.
