Not sure they fixed the issue, but the work they did to attempt to fix it was good. Seems like they may have taken a short cut to resolve the problem, and not sure it is really for sure solved.

I spoke with the service tech over the phone, and he was very respectful and professional. He didn't seem as though my call for information was an annoyance. Most of the time I talk with contractors I get the feeling I am wasting their time, in their opinions.

I was needing a fireplace burner and glass installed at my boyfriend's house. I called three companies. One did not show to the scheduled appointment. I called Sweeps N Ladders. This is the best company with great customer service. Paul is great! I am now coordinating for him to redoing my home fireplace. He is changing the wood burner and placing glass. His fees are reasonable and he is very professional. Highly recommended!!
