"I reached out to 4B Electric in Poolville, TX for a quote to install a whole house Generator. I was immediately contacted and Josh came right over to review the installation. He gave me a very fair quote via email that same day. I also reached out to several other Electrical contractors for competitive quotes. I waited several day RTS for those firms to call me and only one other firm came out. Who did submit a quote that was quite a bit higher. The other 2 contractors only gave me verbal estimates. All told none were as professional as Josh with 4B Electric and we thousands more in costs. Once I had the generator in hand Josh was out within the week to install it. He even brought his tractor along so as to properly iift and set it where I wanted. Josh completed the bulk of the work in one day, including the automatic transfer switch, conduit and wiring! He even scheduled the power shutdown with the Utility company! All work as completed the day of the shutdown, including all of the programming and startup of the generator. I was was most impressed with Joshâ s work ethic, quality of work and customer service. I highly recommend 4B Electric for any electric work that you may need. I have already had Josh back out to our house to fix several other issues with switches and outlets. 4B is in my mind is the best! Thank you Josh."

The team came back and rerouted the cables and added an additional grounding rod at no expense. They talked to me about different options and made sure I was totally satisfied. "HR Phoenix Review This will be long but worth the reading if you are considering this company. I had a electrical outlet issue with caused 3 ceilings failures. The first day they came out they did not find it and I was told they will return the next day. The next day they continue to troubleshoot and told me I needed my circuit breaker panel replaced because it was old and they could not touch it. 5 days later they replaced it but issue remained. They requested final payment for the CB panel replacement because the work was completed. So at this point I paid $600 for the first visit, $7K for the CB panel replacement and the issue remains. They told me they would return. Since they did not label the CB panel I traced the power (their job) to label the panel and found several plugs mis wired to 240 V instead of 120 V. The tech came out corrected the issue and I found out the job really was not completed because they did not install the serge protected on the CB panel because they have the wrong one. So they knew the work was not completed when they asked for payment! They found the original issue and it was they first wall outlet (that I pointed out the first visit) the tech showed me the burned faulty outlet. So the CB panel did not need to be replaced at all. I call the office with this information and to justify the replacement they told me the CB panel was sparking. At no point during this 2 1/2 ordeal did anyone say there were sparks or any fire hazards. If this were true (which it was not) this company did not notify us or warn us and between the visits it was 5 day to get on the schedule. So if we go with their excuse they left us in a danger/situation without telling us. This company can not be trusted to provide honest/accurate assessments. And to add insult to injury they tried to bill me $400 more for the last visit. The owner Paul Rylee was aware of everything so HR pls don't respond here when there was no real response when I spoke to your office! They can not be TRUSTED!"
