First I called 2 other Electricians in my area from Angie's List and they couldn't fit me in before the holidays. Milestone scheduled me in 2 days and even called to offer me an earlier appointment. Byron Byars was my Electrician and had excellent customer service skills. He explain several alternatives and was very professional. I will certainly refer Byron and Milestone.

They were hard to get hold of and when they finally came out he did a good job. We tried to get him for another job and could not ever get him to come out and give an estimate. He set up a time and did not show up. He did call and let me know but never set up another appointment. When we did talk to him he was professionalism.

I had some outlets that they flipped back on for me once they found which ones were out. They provided the service soon after I purchased the deal. They did a good job.

I purchased two hours of service for $130. I requested several options for scheduling. Martin Electrical replied within 24 hours proposing an appt. 5/15 at 8 am on 5/15. I accepted within an hour and included my phone number in case they had questions about what needed to be done. In addition, I called Martin Elec. and left a message that I needed a dedicated circuit installed and to call with questions. On 5/15, Martin did not showed up and did not call. I called Angie's list to find out if Martin had been paid already. Angie's list said they would try to reach the company. Martin sent another message later that day to inform me someone would be at my house the next day at 8 a.m.. Someone from Martin showed up on time. I showed the person the room for the dedicated circuit as well as the circuit breaker, and possible routes for the wiring through the attics. I provided amp usage information on the refrigerator that possibly needed a dedicated circuit. The electrician worked with the breakers to test what was already on the existing room circuit. He calculated the demand from the other electrical items in the room and determined I did not need a dedicated circuit. At this point, about 45 minutes had passed. I showed him a light fixture that needed to be lowered, a light fixture that needed to be moved, and a place where I needed a new outlet. He chose to lower the light fixture. We moved dining room furniture out of the way and he set up his ladder. He opened the ceiling plate said he did not have 12 gauge wire. He replaced the light fixture plate, packed up his ladder. At this point it was 9:30. He said he did not have time to do anything else due to another appt.. He said I would get a quote for the remaining work with a credit of 30 minutes. Garret from Martin Electrical called me later that day and I expressed concern his electrician did not have basic wire on his truck and as a result, 30 minutes were wasted. He offered to add another 30 minutes credit and it would be reflected in the quote he would by the end of the day. I did not receive the quote. I waited until 6 days(5/22) and called Martin. I reached Garret. He apologized and said he must have mistyped the email address and would send again that day. It is 5/27, and I have not received a quote.

After a rough start - couldn't get anyone to respond to my request for service after purchasing a "deal" for over a week, once I finally was able to schedule service, they came on the date I requested and during the time that was convenient for me. The electrician was on time, called me to say he was on the way, and did a great job.

The electrician did a good job with the installations. I did not have a part to one light fixture but paid for it because I was planning on having it installed when the part came in. I did call several weeks later to have the fixture installed but never received a call back. I called again with no response and sent an email thru the BBB with no response. I guess I'm out of the $130 I paid ahead of time at this point. They are quick to respond to requests for services but after they get the money, they don't care. Very disappointing. Would recommend Milestone Electric instead.

They responded back within the hour, and Garrett, the owner, came to my home in a couple of days. He would have come that day, but I could not meet him that day. He gave me an estimate and we set up a date for the work. On the day of the work, the electrician came on time, was uniformed and very polite, and explained everything he did in detail. The completed invoice was done on the spot and I was able to pay be credit card at that time. My issues were all resolved and I am very pleased. Garrett also gave me a great and reasonable estimate on some other work that I may want to do in the future. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

Garrett and his team are the real deal. They do excellent work, are very honest and punctual, and deliver value for money spent. If you want it fixed right, a repair or project that will last for years, I believe you can trust their firm. I plan to use them for all future needs.

The service was prompt and professional. Well done. The responsiveness to set up an appointment was a little rough as my messages were not going through for some reason. Garrett was very professional and did his very best to accommodate my needs. We will plan to use their services at another location in the future. Very good work.

The service man was helpful and kind and repaired the switch quickly. He also helped check light fixtures that was clicking on an off.
