"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. "THE WHOLE JOB WAS AMAZING!! THANKS!! We had been wanting to get new windows for years, but the prices were ridiculous. Then Rick called, we agreed to let him come out and give us a price. We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "
