I am very impress. They were super professional friendly and courteous. Get the work in a timely manner. Did exactly what they would.

We had 1 of 2 units stop working, and were delighted to learn that, because we were not in a hurry, AAA was willing to schedule a repair at a time that was most efficient. This implies that they work to prioritize emergencies so that all customers can get service in a way that the techs are not stressed. Our tech was delayed for his morning appointment, and we were called immediately to reschedule, still on the same day. The tech was able to diagnose the problem within 15 minutes and show us the part needed to get it all working again. In addition, he recommended putting new tie-downs on the outside compressors to adhere to windstorm regulations. He had one set of tie-downs, but not both, so another appointment was arranged for the second set. I was unfamiliar with the pricing scheme that AAA used (parts are priced to include labor), and was unhappy with that, so AAA was able to explain in writing how they arrived at their numbers, and to give me a new invoice more in accordance with what this yankee girl is used to (the prices are reasonable considering the expertise of the techs). All in all, I would recommend AAA not only for emergencies, but for preventative work. I intend to get a quote from them when we need to replace our aging units.

They were very good. They are good people. I would use them again.

AAA was a pleasure to work with. That includes the repairmen and everyone I spoke with on the phone. They were professional, polite, and fast. They went out of their way to get my heater fixed and showed up exactly when they said they would and went above what was expected. Overall fantastic experience with AAA! They came and fixed my Heater/AC unit that was installed by Bodine-Scott (please see my review for B-S for if you are considering them).

Ken came to our house to do a service call due our AC wasn't working.  As he looked into our AC system he found that our HVAC coil was corroded and leaking Freon.  He gave us 3 options to decide, one was to service with Freon (may last a year) for $350 dollars, two replace the coil on the HVAC for $1800 dollars or three replace the HVAC and outside AC unit for $5600 dollars.  My wife asked if he has military discount (20 year military veteran) and he said yes.  So he said he would do the job for $5000 to include tax.  We decided to replace both units due to the uncertainty of the outside unit.  He ordered the units that day and his crew was back the very next day install them both.  The installation crew were very professional and friendly and paid particular attention to detail during the installation to ensure that the unit worked the very first time.  The installation job was GRADE A all the way and couldn't be any happier with the crew and the equipment.  Definetly would use their service again and again.  BZ

Ken came to my house, same day I called. He provided in plain terms what was going to happen next day. He was very detailed and informative. Techs arrived and worked immediately until completion. Extremely professional and courteous.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY. THEY TOOK OUT THE UNITS NOT WORKING AND REPLACED WITH NEW AND BETTER UNIS. WELL PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK... GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK WITH.

We received quotes from our regular AC business and then used AAA AC & Heating as a comparison quote, and ended up using them as they came in significantly below our usual company.
They gave us 3 quotes to choose from and they were very patient in explaining exactly what all it entailed.  There were no hidden costs, our quote included all taxes, fees and haul away. 
The staff was very polite and friendly and ON TIME!   They finished the job in the alotted time (even a little early) and during the time I had something come up for qwhich I needed to leave the house, and I felt very comfortable leaving them there while I was out. 
Despite it raining out, they did not leave any mess or footprints.
We had an issue arise with the system 2 days after the install, and they were to our home within the hour - turns out that one of the brand new parts had a piece of plastic stuck in it (a factory issue, not labor issue), and they were able to correct it within 15 minutes.

I have used them for a new install in Jan. loved there price .. Staff... Time .. But i just used them for a service in anther home i just knew a weekend i was goin to be nailed... But nope he found the problem . Swith out the parts outside... Charged me what i thought was a very reasonable price.. Thank you ken you r so helpful.. So professional

Their estimate was thorough. Their price was better than other companies. The workers were efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very impressed.

I would use them again in the future.

Over a year ago something went wrong with my a/c, i lived in a different house then and I hired AAA AC based on the recommendation of a friend. They did an awesome job then. Since then we bought another house and as we began to enter the hot months the AC went out.  I have remodeled entire houses, done electrical work, etc..., I know my stuff. I knew I needed a whole new system so I called AAA AC along with 2 other companies to give me bids,  AAA AC was very competitive in their pricing and I wanted to go with them anyway since they did such a good job at the last house.  I also researched RUUD / RHEEM and found that in 2009 on non-heat pump systems RUUD / RHEEM had the lowest number of repairs per 1000 units of any of the other companies listed. (consumer reports)  
AAA AC got everything done quickly for me, I now keep my AC colder than I used to and I have a fixed rate electricity contract and my electric bills have gone down.  The owner personally came to my house multiple times and was very involved in the whole process, his name is Ken Beall. I highly recommend this company, I doubt there is a better company out there.
