"Foundation Support Specialists made a stressful situation much easier to deal with! Each and every person we interacted with was always helpful, thorough, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain everything during the initial assessment and the actual installation. They even asked if we would like to watch as they lifted the house, which was so interesting to see! Nicolas Flores did the initial assessment and was incredibly informative. He even took the time to interact with our toddler (usually an introvert but took to him right away!) who was very interested in everything going on. Fernando Aleman, Mark Willis, Bayron Aleman, and David Hernandez worked on our house in a timely manner, were respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and were so informative. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing foundation work!"

"Lawn Pros did an outstanding job on my sod installation. The quality of sod was excellent. From the first call, to the completion of the job. Lawn Pros delivered on their word. They were always available to answer any questions along the way. I will not hesitate to call Lawn Pros for any future landscaping needs."
Laying down squares of Floratam St. Augustine. Laying the squares is easy. Notice the prep work. There used to be weed infested grass in that area. Tilling is a lost art but Lawn Pros still uses this method before sod installs.

"I could not have been more pleased from the moment I called Army of One and spoke with Matt to the end of installation of my new sod. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable and had great attention to detail. They worked late into the evening to finish the job. Matt made sure everything was done perfectly and I could not have been more satisfied. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Drain pipes carry wastewater from sinks, toilets, showers, and other fixtures to the main sewer line. They’re typically located within the walls and floors and beneath a home’s foundation. Meanwhile, sewer pipes transport collected wastewater to a septic tank or a municipal sewer system.

No, you should not see water in a sewer cleanout. If you do, it could indicate that you have a block or leak in your main sewer line—which can cause sewage to back up inside your home and potentially flood your yard. Your best bet is to call a local sewer cleaner if you notice any water or sewage around your cleanout.

To unclog a plumbing vent, you first need to locate it. Look at your home's roofline. The plumbing vent will be a vertical pipe sticking straight up from the roof. Since this pipe runs all the way to the main drain underneath your house, you should also be able to find it in the attic.

If you want to avoid using a snake to unclog a drain, or if you don’t have one, try vinegar and baking soda. Pour 1 cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by 1 cup of white vinegar. Wait for 15 minutes, and then run hot water (but not boiling water) down the drain to see if the clog is clear. Repeat multiple times as needed.

Usually it’s fine to leave a toilet clogged overnight, as long as it’s not close to overflowing. In some cases, the extra time may give the clog time to work itself out. For example, if it’s caused by an excess of toilet paper, letting it sit could result in the clog dissolving and you may be able to simply flush it away by the time you wake up.

Only let it sit though if you have more than one toilet in the home.
