"I received an email stating I would be contacted within 2 business days.  After not being contacted for 4 days, I called to see when someone could go out to my property.  I was told that I was sent an email stating I needed to call to setup an appointment.  I finally did receive that email the day someone came out to start the repairs.  The person that came over to do the repairs stated he only works 3-4 hour shifts and since it was a Saturday, he was going to do as much as he could.  He did the work pretty fast, however, the coat of mud that was put on to cover the drywall tape was thick and sloppy.  Some dripped down the wall leaving large areas that needed to be sanded down.  But that fact that he was in a hurry and did get to a large portion of the house, I was good with what was completed so far.  For the next 30 days I have called, email and text to try to get someone to come back to the property to complete the remaining 13-12 hours I still had left.  I spoke to Buddy and he was always nice and professional and he seems like an extremely nice person, however, the work has still not been completed and I have already hired other people to finish what was already started, which is costing me more money than if they would have finished the job.  I am also losing money each day since the property they were working on is one I am going to sell once all repairs have been completed.  Last communication I had with Buddy, he was going to have someone go to the property, however, I was there all day and no-one showed up.  When I told him that no-one cam by, he said he was going to find out what happened, but I have yet to hear from him.
