We are a small, less than 10 employees, locally owned business in Austin for 45+ years. We require a 50% deposit on work to be done with the balance due upon completion for retail customers. Contractors and businesses can apply for an account.

"I was remodeling my 3 bathrooms and each needed a frameless shower door. I called and asked if we could do this one at a time, as each bathroom gets done and they said yes. Later I found out they charged me extra for each time they had to come out to install, very disappointed. Also the guy who came to take measurements was one of the rudest people I have worked with , he made some really strange comments and then measured one mirror incorrectly and then completely blamed it on us. Honestly when he was taking measurements , I wasnt hovering over to see if he was writing down 29.5 or 28.5 , so how can I be blamed ?"

We charge $70/hr for consultation services including finish selections, re-models, and local shopping. We are currently providing a free Interior Design plan with every appointment. This is where we meet the client, review the space, discuss your lifestyle and plans, determine a budget, and create a project plan. We do not charge for measurements or quotes for blinds, shutters, and treatments. We also do not charge an hourly rate when clients purchase products under our Decorating Den approved vendors.When we decided to open our business it was because I knew that I could provide a quality service at an affordable budget.
