Aaron was on time and very fast and professional

I called Super Fantastic for a bid after I had called several other places for quotes. Aaron explained to me why his team was different than all the others. He detailed the differences between a good carpet cleaner and a great carpet cleaner. He came out after we made an appointment and spent well over three hours on my three rooms. He spot treated every thing and went over each area a number of times before he was completely satisfied that he'd removed as much dirt as possible. Wow! What a difference!! The last guys that cleaned for me were in and out in less than an hour and my carpet still looked dingy. With Super Fantastic, I was really impressed; this guy is a perfectionist!

Aaron was very friendly & professional as we made the appointment. He followed up when he said he would and then squeezed me into his schedule, after hours, when he heard that we were having an open house. He was punctual and did an excellent job staying well into the evening to get it all done. We are very pleased with him and his work. We would highly recommend his company to everyone.

I own a nice rental property. When the tenants moved out there was a distinct odor of dog left behind. It is important that my property be well maintained as I believe tenants will better respect and treat a well-maintained property. I wanted the property to be immaculate before the new tenant moved in. Because the main odor problem was in a large room with a tiled floor I wasn't sure what the best course of action was. I called Super Fantastic and the owner, Aaron, came by that evening. He made it very clear he was interested in getting the results I wanted to so he would apply the time, attention and materials to get it done. He also was up front about fact that he isn't the lowest cost provider. I found he did quality work with quality materials for quality results. I was really impressed by the fact that he, the owner, is the one who showed up to do the job and also impressed by the immaculate condition of his truck and equipment. Why expect anything less from a professional cleaner? When he arrived he assessed the situation, proposed a game plan, and told me exactly how much it would cost. He then set to work and explained every step and why it was important. The results were immediately evident, which surprised me as the tile and grout colors are perfect for hiding dirt. An entire job took a couple of hours and the results were great. It looked like a brand new floor. My tenant, an alternative health care provider meets with her clients in this room, is thrilled with the results as well.

Excellent! Before I called a carpet cleaning company, I had already invested hours of my own time and money for multiple cleaning solutions, and even bought a steam cleaner (in anticipation of possible future accidents that I would want to treat right away). The results were more than discouraging. Aaron, on the other hand, was able to get all the stains out completely. He was professional, efficient, personable and helpful. He definitely knows the carpet cleaning business and took special care to use corner protectors for the walls so the hose wouldn't scrape the paint off. Despite the late hour, he performed all the laborious steps required to clean carpets the "right way". He even won over my very timid puppy and had her captivated by the time he was ready to leave (a major first for any visitor to my home). In fact, if he ever decides to pursue another line of work, dog training would be a natural fit for him.

Aaron arrived on time and asked if there was any special areas that needed extra attention. His attention to detail and customer sat is impressive. He was very careful with our furniture and did an excellent job of cleaning up after he was done.

Just like the name - Super Fantastic. I called and got Aaron right away. He was very booked up this week, and still managed to get to me within just a few hours of my initial call to work with my timeline. They arrived a few minutes ahead of time and were courteous, professional, and worked really hard. My carpet, even though it's older and has heavy traffic areas, looks wonderful and they got out stains that previous carpet cleaners have never been able to remove. Just wonderful and a very competitive price.

Aaron arrived on time and quickly set to work making sure that nothing was tracked into the house. Work was started upstairs and worked through the house so that nothing was disturbed after the carpet was cleaned. I have a very busy household and have to have my carpets cleaned several times a year with disappointing results. This is the first time I have felt the carpet was really clean and it is staying that way. I plan on scheduling an appointment soon to have my tile cleaned and the grout sealed.
