I was totally blown away by the work. I wasn't required to be there while the work was performed. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Tristan Wiese was who I dealt with. He was very professional and courteous. If I ever need a new roof on my home I will call them in a heartbeat.

DTP took the time to explain the different ways that they could fix the problem.) DTP was very professional and he made sure all our questions and concerns were handled before he left. "The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
