Very disappointed in customer service, continually trying to upcharge us, unable to speak to a customer service representative, charged us twice in a month more than once, charged us for services not in our contract, unable to communicate with the service department directly/you basically have to call main number and play like you are wanting new services for your home. Yes! Aerating your lawn during its dormancy period—usually over winter and early spring—can cause a disturbance that the grass may not easily recover from.
