"Not good, just to paint the interior and it took him two months and he never finished it. He left a mess behind, Left all the AC vents on the floor in every room, never put them back up. The paint just looks messy and he kept asking for more money, never stood by his original agreed upon bid. We told him over and over from the beginning we wanted all the inside of the house painted. After he was hired and got going , He kept saying "oh you want the this painted or that painted? That's extra" it just went on and on from there about more money. He took advantage of nice people, Not good. We have dozens of pictures and witnesses to back this review."

We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

Most exterior paints last between five and 10 years. Your region’s climate and the quality of the primer and paint influence the total longevity. Additionally, the surface you paint over impacts your lifespan, as wood needs more frequent recoats than brick. 

Most interior paint jobs can last anywhere between three to 10 years, depending on your lifestyle. If you have small children or pets that make the walls messy, you might need to repaint on the earlier side. However, if you have a quiet home, you can get several years out of your current paint job.

You can certainly paint vinyl baseboards, but you may want to consider why you would. Vinyl baseboards are not very expensive, and if you’re considering painting baseboards over 5 years old, you may want to consider simply replacing them with a color you like—there is an enormous range of color options for this material, and replacement won’t cost too much more than painting them.

While it may seem like a blind spot, if you don’t paint behind the toilet, the previous color will likely be visible once the rest of the bathroom has been repainted, especially if you’ve gone with a significantly different color palette. Additionally, not painting every part of the room at the same time means that you will have an older paint job behind your toilet that could be more susceptible to moisture damage.

Chalk paint can be applied without sanding first. Keep in mind that while there are a lot of chalk paint color options available, there aren’t as many choices as latex or oil-based paint.

You can also learn how to paint furniture without sanding using a liquid deglosser, sometimes referred to as liquid sandpaper. This can remove any old paint, gloss, or varnish, without the need to manually sand. Apply the deglosser using a cloth, then wait for the chemical to penetrate through the surface. Once it soaks through, you should be able to wipe away the residue with a towel. 

While we can’t stop you, we don’t recommend using ceiling paint on walls. Ceiling paint is designed to be flat and less durable, which means it won’t stand up well to scrubbing or regular contact. It’s often limited in color selection. If you’re painting a low-traffic area, such as a closet, ceiling paint might work in an absolute pinch. But for most walls, it’s worth using a more durable, wall-specific formula.
