"I like the water filter they gave me. I can get the water straight from the tap. They gave me a free installation because I am an Angie's List member. All the salt is removed from my water. They told me if I referred anyone to them they would give me $500 credit. My skin feels better and all my food and coffee I make with my water taste better. Installing a salt filter is not as good because you end up loosing 300 gallons of water a month. One time I called to tell them my filter was leaking and they found everything was running and they didn't charge me."

Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer.
