"My only complaint is that someone was supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9:30am. By the time 10:15 rolled around, I still had not heard from anyone. They called around 10:30 and arrived around 11:00. We had some other plans what we had to work around. The technician went over options with me based on how soiled the carpets were but did not try to up-sell me on things I didn't want. It was good to know what the options were if I wanted to do more in the future. They were very professional and did a great job. The couches look almost brand new again, and the carpets are much fresher."

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

We were impressed with the quality of their work, how quickly they worked, and how easy going and friendly they were. The attention to detail was amazing. "AK did a fantastic job.  I had run out of time to clean the home before family returned, and purchased a Big Deal coupon from them, accompanied by a message requesting service within a week.  Even though it was the weekend, they promptly replied and scheduled service.  They showed up at exactly the scheduled time and started work quickly.   Since I had not purchased a deep cleaning deal, they were not able to get to everything, but they took care of far more than I had thought they would.   The next day, when family arrived, they were amazed at how thoroughly clean the house looked and how refreshing it felt.  We'll definitely be using them in the future for similar needs.

"Well, after an additional $330.00, it looked clean at the time of service. 26 hours later, carpet still damp, and a lot of the areas that had looked clean no longer did. I will say the carpet smelled nice. I'm not completely sure if what I paid for a clean-ish carpet was fair, but the person that cleaned the carpet was very pleasant and hard working. He did advise that some of the stain might come back when the carpet dried, so I can't fault the man for that. Unfortunately I was not expecting so much staining to return."
