Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! "My only complaint is that someone was supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9:30am. By the time 10:15 rolled around, I still had not heard from anyone. They called around 10:30 and arrived around 11:00. We had some other plans what we had to work around. The technician went over options with me based on how soiled the carpets were but did not try to up-sell me on things I didn't want. It was good to know what the options were if I wanted to do more in the future. They were very professional and did a great job. The couches look almost brand new again, and the carpets are much fresher."

The carpets turned out great. Oxi Fresh is a very different type of carpet cleaning. Instead of seeing lots of dirty water they really just pick up all the deep down dirt you can't see with out leaving wet carpets to dry. He also let a bottle of spot remover for us to use as well. Overall they turned out great.
