"My only complaint is that someone was supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9:30am. By the time 10:15 rolled around, I still had not heard from anyone. They called around 10:30 and arrived around 11:00. We had some other plans what we had to work around. The technician went over options with me based on how soiled the carpets were but did not try to up-sell me on things I didn't want. It was good to know what the options were if I wanted to do more in the future. They were very professional and did a great job. The couches look almost brand new again, and the carpets are much fresher."

We were impressed with the quality of their work, how quickly they worked, and how easy going and friendly they were. The attention to detail was amazing. "Well, after an additional $330.00, it looked clean at the time of service. 26 hours later, carpet still damp, and a lot of the areas that had looked clean no longer did. I will say the carpet smelled nice. I'm not completely sure if what I paid for a clean-ish carpet was fair, but the person that cleaned the carpet was very pleasant and hard working. He did advise that some of the stain might come back when the carpet dried, so I can't fault the man for that. Unfortunately I was not expecting so much staining to return."
