"Mike did an amazing job on my sofa and chair they look brand new. I also had my carpet cleaned and he uses environmentally safe cleaning products which is very important to me because I have allergies. I will definitely use him again. As a fellow Veteran I am proud to support him ."

"Voda Cleaning & Restoration of SE Dallas did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent — they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to answer questions. What really stood out was their transparency and professionalism. They explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The quality of their work was top-notch, and you can tell they truly care about doing the job right the first time. Their team was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They took great care of the property and made sure everything was cleaned and restored properly. It’s hard to find companies these days that combine honesty, reliability, urgency, and quality service the way Voda does. I would highly recommend Voda Cleaning & Restoration of SE Dallas to anyone needing restoration or remediation work. Absolutely a 5-star experience."

"He was great! He cleaned my rug that i never thought would be clean after all the dog pee and cat litter drugged in the carpets. However, he cleaned it and the odor went away! Like new!"

"Excellent service. Extremely personable and helpful. Honest about a rug that wasn't worth the money to clean, and excited about cleaning one that was valuable. I have no reservations in recommending them, and will use them again in the future."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"My only complaint is that someone was supposed to be at our house between 8:30 and 9:30am. By the time 10:15 rolled around, I still had not heard from anyone. They called around 10:30 and arrived around 11:00. We had some other plans what we had to work around. The technician went over options with me based on how soiled the carpets were but did not try to up-sell me on things I didn't want. It was good to know what the options were if I wanted to do more in the future. They were very professional and did a great job. The couches look almost brand new again, and the carpets are much fresher."

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"It went pretty well and it didn't seem like there was much communication between the girls actually doing the cleaning and the company. But the job that they did they did a very nice job on.

The price was amazing. They were definitely on time.

Make sure your specific on exactly what you want done and then check it before you leave in case you miss anything but overall they do a good job as long as you tell them what your looking for.
