Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself."

"We bought our Angie's List deal on Saturday 7/9. On Monday 7/11 a rep from Oxi Clean of Plano called to set up our appointment and we were able to schedule service for Tuesday 7/12. Chris showed up right on time to get our service started. He fully explained the cleaning process and set realistic expectations of what could be accomplished with our carpet. The work was done thoroughly and quickly. When he was done Chris had us do a walk through. My husband had moved the sofa to the middle of the living room and this caused some confusion but Chris went back upstairs and cleaned where the sofa had been and also got a spot that was in my daughters doorway to her closet. He didn't complain at all about having to come back inside and take care of those additional areas. He did a fantastic job removing some make up stains my daughter had on her floor. I feel like our carpets look as good as can be expected considering their age and the wear they have received. I would definitely use Chris with Oxi Fresh of Plano again."

"It went pretty well and it didn't seem like there was much communication between the girls actually doing the cleaning and the company. But the job that they did they did a very nice job on.

The price was amazing. They were definitely on time.
