Nortex Fence & Patio

We were pleased with our new fence! It is very sturdy and beautiful. They were very reasonable for price especially for quality of western red cedar, and they finished off the top with a nice profile unlike the other companies do. Jeff is great to work with and even had them replace 4 planks that I noticed had a split, so appreciate their attention to detail. The Cedar smells great too 👍😀

NorTex produced a much nicer result than I was expecting. Jeff and the NorTex crew are clearly dedicated to producing an exceptional product at a competitive price.

NorTex built my fence back in 2014. I had them come out this year (2024) to restain the fence (I should have had it done sooner). The result was quite amazing! It looks great! Not only did they do a great job but I feel like they were careful and conscientious.

After we had storm damage in Lewisville, Texas, on March 3rd, 2025 – we called NorTex Fence to help us navigate the repairs to our damaged fence and the insurance company. They came out quickly with an estimate and we scheduled them to come out and replace our fence and driveway gate. Now granted, this was no normal job – it was huge. This fence was ginormous. The fence crew came out and did the demolition of the old fence and gave us a brand-new fence and driveway gate. Jeff, the service representative, was an enormous help to us. He communicated everything so we knew when everything was being done and when. The actual fence workers were impressive too, very polite, and professional. They managed to build the fence with every attention to detail. And with our seven rescue dogs – the job was done on time, and the fence was secure for our whole family. We highly recommend NorTex Fence. We and the pups love them all!

It’s been less than a year and our gate has numerous issues, including very loud squeak when opening and closing, and gate does not close all the way. Have contacted the office as well as our project coordinator Jonathan and their response “we will come out today” - ongoing for 3 months now and spoiler alert, no one has. I don’t write reviews often but this company’s customer service is awful. With so many other companies to choose from, I would not recommend.

The project is still underway as we are having quite a lot of things done. So far so good. Only draw back is delays in starting due to overruns on other projects they have going. The project is now complete and I am in awe. The arbor is beautiful and was put up so quickly it amazed me. They stained the fence and it looks new again and BEAUTIFUL. They guys were really courteous and Mike continued to check up on us. Thanks to all of you who worked on this.

NorTex left the job with concrete spatter on the ground and the surface of the patio. They promised to come back to clean up the job site, but have not.

The concrete work was good. The salesman/estimater was polite but very inaccurate in pricing and knowledge of city permit regulations.

The concrete crew does a great job. The patio looks great, the area was cleaned up and the flagstone abutting the concrete was repositioned for a fabulous transition. They work quickly while not sacrificing quality. I think the communication between the client and the sales/office staff could be a bit better.

They got it done on time as well as the fence looks beautiful. They are flexible and worked with me.
