- Gill Construction Co.,INC.Jerry Parrish, the owner, came to my home to do the estimate himself. He gave me a complete itemized estimate of each project and answered all of my questions. He also brought a sample window and showed me the construction and how it worked. He and his workers came when they said they would, each person was very nice and knew his job well, and they cleaned up after themselves. They were able to use a few floor tiles and carpet pieces that I had to repair the floor where the doors were widened, and because there was no drywall or painting needed after the new doors were installed, the final cost was less than the original estimate .They were able to save most of the white 4" tiles that were removed from the bathroom walls and they even replaced two tiles that were cracked when I bought the home. I am very happy with everyone who worked on these projects. The removed the curtains from the windows and replaced them at no extra charge. All windows were caulked and there was no mess for me to clean up. My furniture was protected too. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others

However, when the contractor inspected the work, he was not satisfied with the work so he made his repairmen come back and do more adjustments to ensure the doors worked properly. Very conscientious about the quality of work done by his subcontractors. If he isn't satisfied, he will make them come back and redo the work until he is. I will consider using this company again
- Gill Construction Co.,INC.All the Gill employees were polite and helpful. I was unsure whether it was best to tear my old sun room down completely or use the existing frame. They helped me think through all the possible options and come up with the best plan for my budget. It looks very nice. The old sun room was very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It is going to be much more comfortable now with the wonderful double pane windows and insulation between the roof and ceiling. I would not hesitate to recommend Gill Construction to my friends and I will call them again in the future for my next project

They took the old door away, disposed of it, and installed a new one. It is a big heavy iron door. A month later, it started to squeak a little bit. I called and they came and adjusted it. They got it perfect. They came the same day and did it which was good. It is kind of a high-end item for a house, so their price was probably in line

The work was completed in a day-and-a-half, and was OUTSTANDING! The touch-up (some textured drywall and mud) was flawless and the paint matched! These guys worked diligently and turned out very high quality work without surprises and cost as quoted! How high quality? Our house sold in 4 days! We will definitely use them in the future, and have even talked about paying them drive time and mileage to come to where we are moving should we need them! Very good contractors with no surprises, just good guys turning out excellent work

He was kind of a character and he worked with a partner but they were both very nice and good people. He was straight forward and honest. The quality of his work was good. It took him a good week to get me into his schedule. I have asked him to do some additional tile work that he has agreed to do it but it has probably been close to a month and I have not heard from him yet. When I think of professionalism, I don't think about Larry as he is kind of a character but in a good way. He is kind of a good old boy

"We had discussed replacing our windows so when PK sales representative showed us the type of windows they used and showed some of their former work we decided to go with their company. He gave us a quote that seemed reasonable for all that we wanted to do.

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
<br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
<br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.
