"Tommy came to the house within the time window he gave me. We discussed the problem and the best way to deal with bees under a deck in the backyard. He explained what needed to be done. He is a beekeeper and was well informed and educated me on bees. He was a very nice man. He even followed up several days later to make sure there were no lingering problems. They recommended installation of a cover of the dryer vent from the outside of the house. They came the next day and installed the vent cover while I was at work and emailed the invoice, which saved me the hassle of leaving work to meet them for the installation. They were very informative and professional. Would highly recommend their service."
