"Not sure why they had 5 stars review, but All About Water Heaters is by far the worst company I dealt with. Service tech came out, did not bring a solder, and I had to provide him with my own supply, then replaced my water circulator with a wrong sized pump. Contacted the owner, promised to come out and take care of the issue, a week went by, claimed he was not able to get the replacement pump since it was discontinued, and he needed some time to find replacement. Sent him a link to Home Depot website where he could get one, and another week later, he stopped answering phone calls, or texts. I am definitely going for a lawsuit, will keep y'all updated. Do not waste your time, look somewhere else!!"

"I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

"I hired this company through Home Depot for HVAC tune up. When the guy arrived, he called it diagnostics instead, and hosed down the AC condenser coils from outside the casing only after my repeated nagging to clean them. This company’s representative left me with a $2k estimate. One of the items on the list was the replacement of the AC unit’s contactor. Guy claimed the contactor was broken, and showed me how it was broken. I happened to be an engineer, asked a few questions, and came to the conclusion that the contactor was fine, and it is still functioning properly at this time. It doesn’t matter to me, as a consumer, whether or not the technician had made an honest mistake in the diagnosis, what would’ve happened if I didn’t care to look into it was the unnecessary expense of $290. The rest of the estimate consisted of legit offers, but I decided not to hire them for any further work, and my rationale is, if they could not perform a $69 task properly, why would I hire them to perform an additional $2k worth or services?"
