They were very fair. The pricing was good. His work was timely. I've used him 4 or 5 times. He does a good job. He was very polite and respectful. He returned my calls right away and was very timely in getting the job done. He's in my speed dial.

I felt the price was on the reasonable side. I felt I've got a good job for the amount of money I paid. He answered his phone when I called and gave me information that was accurate and correct, he came when he said he was gonna be here and he said "If you want to stay up here and talk to me while I work, that would be fine." He's a friendly guy and nice. It's was a fair price for the work. There was no further problem.
