We usually have around 4-6 employees. If we cannot do the task we can find a company that we have used and are comfortable that the job will get done correctly. We normally complete the job and then expect to get paid after completion but it depends on the size of the job we will want a draw in the middle to cover expenses.

Paint will also peel off if there isn't proper etching on the cabinet surfaces. Taking time to deep clean and lightly but thoroughly sand before priming and painting will greatly increase your chances of success and help keep the paint from peeling.
