I called in the morning and they were able to provide me with an afternoon time slot the same day. The technician arrived during the provided time range and quickly changed out 5 locks on three doors. One of the locks was a little and quot;stickyand quot; but after locking and unlocking a few times it seems fine.

I thought my lock broke on my 1996 Camry. I went to Ken's because I trusted them. Ken decided it was not the lock, but the key. The key had worn down and wasn't opening the lock anymore. He made several new car keys for me and I was very relieved. They work perfectly as does the lock.

His honesty saved me a lot of money.

He was very professional.

THEY HELPED ME CHOSE THE RIGHT LOCK FOR MY PURPOSE. WE NEEDED EXTRA KEYS MADE FOR THE LOCK THAT WERE SPECIAL MADE AND OF A DIFFERENT LENGTH. THE KEYS WORKED LIKE THE ORIGINALS.
