They were communicative and polite. I expected to have to replace the lock, but it was able to be repaired/rebuilt and I was assured the problem shouldn't happen again. I also got key copies made. All in all, I'm happy with the service and think I have a new locksmith :-)

I highly recommend not only Ron's Locksmith services, but also his employee Brian! Brian got to work and replaced all the deadbolts and knobs. Brian did a professional job getting the locks in correctly and working. Brian also very friendly :) and we enjoyed very much his company while he worked away :) - I would definitely ask for Brian again :) Once the work was done, the locks worked great! I had purchased wrong parts and he went out and got the correct things that we should have purchased in the first place. He even came in on a Saturday afterwards to finish installing because he had to go to other people and get those parts. I was torn because that was awesome that he would do all that. The only issue I had was that seal on one of the weatherstrip doors still had light coming through after he had left. I didn't complain because he had been so good to us so I didn't want to sound negative. I feel like he would have come back had I said something

In fact, the lock type was so old and obscure, Hayden had to make a special trip to find the right keys and then came back to finish the job and stuck with it until it was done. "I recently had some keys made at the Burnet road store. These were keys for a set of SmartLocks I have on my rental property. I also had two cylinders to rekey, one an old entry door lock, and the other a SmartLock I thought I had miskeyed. Turns out that SmartLock was broken. Even though that was not Cothron's fault, the locksmith made me a few extra keys as he wanted me to have value for my money (I had prepaid). Well, I definitely got value for my money and appreciate the great service I received there. I'm sorry I can't recall the fellas name, but he is a hispanic gentleman, maybe around mid-30s. "OneGuard is our home warranty service company and we arranged with them for an annual spring AC tuneup of our 2 units. We are in Phoenix so this is a yearly routine. David, of North Valley Mechanical (NVM), came out to do the tuneup. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and a wonderful raconteur arrived on schedule. He found a freon leak in the evaporator coil of a 14 year old unit. OneGuard agreed to a replacement for the air handler which uses R-410A - the replacement refrigerant for Freon. As the other half of the system, the condenser, still used Freon and was still 14 years old, we talked with NVM and decided to replace it at our expense. The condenser still It still worked so we couldn't expect OneGuard to pick up the cost but we did save $450 on a Freon refill. We've been with OneGuard since 2013 and have had uniformly very good experiences with them. We do recommend them.

"They said they don't make that panel any more so they couldn't help me upgrade the system that had remote monitoring and that kind of stuff. When they did the installation, they left a mess in the closet where they drilled the hole. This created much dust on the carpet and they never did clean it up. The guy who came out stayed three hours longer talking and at the end he says, "well, the reason I stayed so long is because I have another appointment out here and they don't pay me mileage and since I live in the North part of town, I didn't want to have to go and come back." I thought that was short of unprofessional for a sales person to say.

"They have been great. They cover all appliances, heating, air, and plumbing. It is $60 for an initial visit to have a ticket open. They basically fix whatever the problem is, but any secondary damage, like in my case. I had a pipe burst. They helped me with the pipes, but all of the flooding, I had to go through my homeowners insurance as a result of that. It is a little bit of paperwork, but it has been working well for me.
