The service was professional and he even tried several times to get the right key for a file cabinet that we had.  Very polite and courteous.

RJ was great and very nice to deal with!  He called 1/2 hour before arrival, as planned.  He diagnosed the problems with several of our locks and made all the appropriate repairs. Everything went as planned!

They were nice, professional, and their price was very reasonable. I've had them do some small jobs. I would use them again.

We had a lock for our garden gate to prevent the grandkids from leaving the property. When they went out to feed the deer, somehow the keys were and quot;misplacedand quot;. :-) The gate was now locked and we could no longer enter the garden.

When explaining to Cothron's, they dispatched Eric the very next morning. Eric removed the lock and all is well again.

rekeyed many office locks, so many to took 3 trips |Ive usd this company for years, There is nothing Cothrons cannot do in the lock business, for skills they are A++, For the way they runs their business and responsiveness got them a B |Only reason I don't use them more is they are more costly than many others, I use others for simple work.

This locksmith went beyond the call when he found that the Builder hadn't secured the door inside the door jamb correctly (the builder used too short screws and was missing three of the nine screws) and added correctly sized screws so the door finally closed correctly - after nine years!

Recently moved to location 1/2 block south of their listed address.
Excellent service, fast too.
If you can't find a key there you wont find one anywhere.
Have used them for the last 5 years.

The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance, the team was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 11 and did not arrive until 1:30 pm. They did not call, I had to call to see if they were still coming. Once they got here, they informed me the bolts I had would not work because my foundation is pier and beam rather than a slab. They substituted their own bolts and finished the job quickly, but it seems someone should have asked this when I scheduled the appointment. The crew asked me if there were any water pipes under the area where the safe was to be installed. I didn't know for sure, and would have felt more comfortable if they had checked with their own eyes, but they didn't offer. They did a fine job with the installation itself, but not an overwhelming service experience.

I was watching the neighbors' dogs when I left the key on the table and locked myself out. The locksmith took almost 4 hours to arrive. The job only took him 3 minutes to complete. But then he kept my credit card (maybe by mistake). The company called me on Monday to say they had it (the job was on Saturday) but by then I had already canceled it.
