Very happy with my experience with Mr. Rekey. I was able to get a same day appointment for their rekey special. Cordell called 30 minutes before his arrival to confirm the appointment. He arrived at the appointed time. In addition to rekeying the locks, he fixed a broken key latch at no extra cost. He was very professional and patiently answered all my questions. I would refer Mr. Rekey and Cordell to anyone I know who is moving.

Our technician, Hayden, arrived on time and was super courteous and helpful even when our locks proved to be challenging due to their  age. In fact, the lock type was so old and obscure, Hayden had to make a special trip to find the right keys and then came back to finish the job and stuck with it until it was done. After all of that, I was dreading what the "upcharge" might be for the trouble, but they stuck to the quoted price and were super easy to work with. Hayden (and Mr. Rekey) went above and beyond!

The provider, Cordell, was very professional and he really cared about his craftsmanship.  Response time on this request was very quick and they showed up when they said they would. Great experience! I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

They did not do what I wanted them to do. I wanted them to put a keypad lock on the front door and they would not do that. They did not think it was a good idea. I decided I was not going to use them. There is a law in Texas about key laws I did not know about. It was about a handle-less lock. He was helpful in terms of information but did not do what I wanted. His prices were decent. They did come out quick and the keys work. I would go with somebody else because I do not like people telling what they want.

Service went very well. would definitely use again. Mr. Oritz handed his business card which was a typical card and I suggested that he use a magnetized card ( I put them on the side of the fridge.) so that I can find them easily next time. He thought that was a good idea.

Today 3-17-16 Mr. Randy Ortiz came to rekey our home.  He is competent and did a superb job.  We highly recommend him and his skill.
On a PERSONAL LEVEL...what a sweetheart he is...a loving, loyal family with four pets.  We are lucky to have met him.

Starting with the dispatch person to the technician Cordell everything was fantastic!  A 1 Class Service!  I stated that I had a  dangerous situation and the dispatch person sent someone to my house in 10 minutes!  And the technician Cordell was wonderful and very professional and courteous!  He went beyond my expectations!  Definitely a Winning Company!!

-I scheduled the service appointment on the company's website.
-The website was professional and easy to navigate.
-The available appointment times were flexible, and Saturday mornings were an option which worked best for me.
-Setting up the appointment was very very simple and I received a confirmation email which was helpful since I never spoke to an actual person while setting up the appointment (it was all done on-line).
-I scheduled the appointment on-line on a Tuesday and sure enough on Saturday morning I received a phone call around 8:15 a.m. to let me know that a technician was in my area and would arrive at my home at 9:00 a.m.
-The technician Cordell was prompt and extremely personable.  He performed the job in about 30 minutes and was very professional and explained everything he was doing and why.
-All 3 of my doors were keyed identically so I just need one key to unlock/lock all the doors to my house.
-Before he left Cordell allowed me to test the keys in all the doors to ensure everything was working according to plan and I didn't have any troubles.
-I thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was done and my overall service experience which I considered to be exceptional.

The appointment contact spelled out the costs
and set an arrival window.  The
appointment person seemed to know her stuff.  The technician called to say he was on his way
and arrived within the arrival window. 
The technician?s name was Lee and we mention his name because he was
good, competent, and focused.  This took
a couple of hours and everything works fine. 
Lee had some adjustments to make for smooth operation so it wasn?t a
complete cake walk but Lee took care of it: no fuss, no muss.  Everything was well done. We definitely would
use them again. We recommend Mr. Rekey and Lee.

Brian was very professional.  He was on time and very friendly.  Offered some good advice and delivered on my expectations for service!

Technician (Cordell) texted and called with voicemail advising me of his arrival time. He arrive exactly when he said he would, was polite, professional, and very friendly, and completed my re-key in less than 30 min.

Dealing with Mr. Rekey is always easy, and this experience was no exception.

These people are REALLY good. Bob showed up on time & fixed issues that other locksmith's had not been able to do. I would definitely call Mr. Rekey for any future key or lock problems.
