The rate given to me was lower than the actual rate, did the job quickly &efficiently, did not need a machine to create a key.

If there was an A+ rating I would give it to him! Rich was very responsive, was able to schedule me within 24 hours of my initial phone call to him, arrived a little early even and got the job done in about 30 minutes. Couldn't be happier!

ASAP locksmith fixed the Detex alarm so it worked again. I gave him permission to order a replacement part that was broken, so it took 2 trips to fix the issue correctly. I would call him again if we have more issues with anything lock related.

The locksmith showed up when he said he would, quickly removed the locks from the doors and changed them to a new key. We asked for 12 extra keys, which all worked just like they should.

I had too many keys floating out there since I have a couple of kids, so I decided now is the time to get the locks changed to a brand new key.

Rich, the locksmith, showed up a few minutes early wearing his company uniform. He was friendly and polite, and explained in detail everything he was about to do. The work was completed in about 50 minutes or so, and he waited patiently while I double checked every lock to make sure they felt right when I turned them.

I am very happy with the service provided vs the cost I paid to get someone out here. Yes, I would hire again!
