They renovated the entire upper floor of our house. They installed new laminate flooring and painted our walls, doors, and baseboards. "I had Ruben‘s workers install tile, crown molding, and paint the interior of a 2400 square-foot home. They were also supposed to build a screened porch. They get five stars for tile installation, Crown molding installation, and painting. The screen porch project did not work out, but Ruben did other things for me to make up for what I paid for the screen porch that they were not able to deliver. I highly recommend Ruben and his people, because they are very capable workers and want to ensure that you’re satisfied."

"Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!"
