I was preparing my home for sale and Gustavo and team were eager to help me knock out my punch list of TODOs, no matter the size of the project. Gustavo was incredibly responsive throughout the project and his team did good work. As with all projects, there were a few hiccups - but Gustavo always helped me understand my options, presented his recommendation, and ensured we were aligned before moving forward. The pricing was competitive to the market and transparent to me up front; I will say that the pricing for 'add-on' work was less transparent and not shared until the work already started or was near completion. This was my only complaint - and even then, I believe the pricing was fair, I only would have liked to know the price of add-on work before starting work. In summary, I very much enjoyed working with GG Remodeling and would recommend him to anyone seeking a qualified and capable contractor."

"Our remodel with Patriot Construction went exceptionally well. Paul and his crew are excellent at what they do and we continue to use them as projects come up. This was our third remodel and the best one by far. Paul is honest, fair, punctual and has a great and talented crew. Finding a good contractor can be a long and frustrating process. After our first several meetings with Paul, we knew he was the right fit. He had great ideas for our remodel, was priced fairly and was very straightforward and honest in what was/wasn’t possible with our budget. He’s very communicative which really helps minimize any surprises or misunderstandings. The work he and his crew did was/is top notch and we love our new house. "What started as a simple garage door replace/repair morphed into a complete exterior remodel! And I'm the better for it. The crew put up with my design ideas and didn't try to talk me out of anything - unless it was pointless or counter productive. There was very little of that once I understood what would benefit my vision and what wouldn't. Now we're wrapping up and I'm very pleased with the result. "If you want to hire a company that cares, this is the one. We needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower in our guest bathroom because of the accessibility issues. The original design looked great, but it would have taken a couple of months to get all the supplies. John and Travis realized that we had an urgent need and came back with a great design that used great materials and we didn't have to wait for so long. In a couple of weeks, we had a crew headed by Jesse that landed in our bathroom. They were great. Everything was done in a day and a half. The quality is superb! Every time I walk into the bathroom, I enjoy the look of it, plus we are happy with all the benefits of having a walk-in shower. One more thing I want you to know is that I really mean what I am saying in this review. When the owner of the company, not a hired salesman, is directly involved in projects, it makes a big difference. Plus, the price was more reasonable compared to "the big shower remodeling companies""

"I was so excited with the work Unique Remodeling did for me. I had been trying for nearly a year to get a remote controlled electric attic ladder installed. Most I talked to had no idea they existed. I company never even started it even after collecting my deposit. When Albert responded to an online inquiry, I was so impressed with his professionalism & enthusiasm, Albert kept me informed of every aspect of the install. He is highly skilled & knowledgeable. What he’s unfamiliar with, he thoroughly researches. High quality, reliable, aesthetically pleasing work. I also needed grab bars installed in both of bathrooms. I asked Albert if he could install. Again friendly, professional, quality, prompt workmanship. In all that he does, I witnessed a high level of attention to detail and efficiency in completing the jobs with minimal disruption.
