"James was great, he came out to measure and provided an estimate on paper which I really liked. Too often we have had people come out and just verbally tell us the cost without  detailing specifics. James had all of the measurements with drawings and cost per screen. James also provided swatches of different solar screen weaves and colors for us to choose from.
