He was very professional and knowledgeable. Set us up with an appointment within just a few days. Travis came the day of our service and began to set up equipment to do the job. He was very respectful of our home and of our two senior dogs. Did a fantastic job on our carpet to the point that it looks practically brand new. And smells great! While he was here he gave us information about other services that they do such as tile cleaning and recaulking and duct cleaning. We plan to have them do both! Great experience all around! The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all.
