"I live in Arlington, TX and I was needing to have the carpet in my living room cleaned and was hoping to have it done the same days since the furniture would already be out of the room. I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

"Mr.Aguliar was very professional, prompt. He did a great job cleaning oit my gutters."

"Fantastic and friendly crew, who thoroughly performed all the cleaning, vent by vent, with care and attention as they moved across my house and my animals"

"I can’t say enough about this Arlington, Texas-based team. After researching duct cleaning services in the DFW area, I was impressed with the reviews for Pure Air, so I set up an appointment. Our expectations for this service were not only met but exceeded. The care that this duo took to protect our home, while cleaning & sanitizing our ducts, was above & beyond what I ever imagined. We especially appreciated the explanations they provided along the way – SHOWING US what they found & how they were addressing the problems – AND cleaning up after. At the last minute, we opted to have our dryer vent cleaned as well. THANK GOD that we did; we were in danger of this dirty vent becoming a fire hazard! Our dryer, on an internal wall, has likely never been cleaned & had two significant blockages. We only purchased this home 2 years ago. Last, but not least, these were two of the nicest people we have ever met. We will absolutely be using this company again in the future & recommending them to our friends & family in the area."

"I am very satisfied with the Window cleaning. He did an excellent job. Very pleasant and professional.. I would recommend his work to everyone."

"Jason, the owner, was on time when he came to my home to clean my dryer duct. After my dryer duct was cleaned, from bottom to top, Jason and I went into the attic and looked at the air intake just to see if it needed cleaning anytime soon. He was very informative, explaining in detail how he cleans the air ducts. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Great work!!"

"The very first phone call was very unprofessional. They called and complained that because I went through home advisor, they had to pay $30 for the lead. Then after all that chatter, and guilt trip, gave a price. The son the cleaner arrived really late. Did not answer calls or let me know they were late. I had to call them so many times before he actually arrived. Basically, did not follow up on anything that he said he would do. If you want an unprofessional experience with an average clean and wet carpet, go for them."

"My appointment was between noon and 2. They called me up and said we?re gonna be running late. We won?t be able to come till 4. I had scheduled things around for someone to be home at that time. They decide to come at 1:30 4 people show up Hispanic ladies they clean my house in one hour deep clean. I walk in there and I find that they didn?t even clean around the grout around my sinks in my bathroom so I had to clean those. I didn?t pay attention to all the other detail till after they left and my fans were very dirty and my sink faucets were very dirty. I had dust bunnies everywhere after dusting it was just left on the floor . So I went around and swept the entire living room, which was the hardwood floors was not a deep cleaning. It was more of a surface cleaning that they did. I was not too happy about it. Later after they came back after I ask them tooand I came home that day I did some more research and found out the tub was dusty on the outside. My opinion do not hire them.?"
