"I hired Ozzy’s electrical service to install a 3 phase surge protector on an electrical box for a not-for-profit education center. He provided a quote in writing (via text message) for this and a few other services. Not only did Ozzy (the owner) NOT COMPLETE this service; he told me that I needed an additional service which doubled his original quote. We paid for all of this work including the surge protector even though he did not complete the entire job in one day ( as discussed). It was not until I asked him the location of the surge protector (after he had left the property) that he told me tell that he did not install the surge protector! This was the first thing on my written list for him to complete. He then told me that it would be another $650 to install the surge protector (that I had already paid for)!!!! DO NOT USE OZZY’S ELECTRICAL SERVICE! This is the WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH A CONTRACTOR FROM ANGI’S LIST! I wish I could give a zero or negative #!"

"Sean and Juan were awesome on addressing and handling the upgrade and repairs to the electrical issues to my home. They were respectful to the property and made sure that I understood and was aware of what was going on. My only issue that I had, was the office staff repeatedly failed to let me know what was going on or advising time frames for arrival. Sean made sure that I knew what time they would return the following day and let me know, they would not leave until I had power and a/c and job completed. Can't say enough about these guys.
