It went very well. Ramon was knowledgeable, gave good advice, was competitively priced, professional, polite, and on time. I would definitely use them again. Also, running the circuit included digging a trench in the backyard. It required crossing sanitary, storm, irrigation, and natural gas lines and all of the lines were intact after they were done.

Ramon was great, showed up within the 30 minute window he said he would. Worked patiently with my wife and even made suggestions as how to hang the lighting, then adjusted to suit our needs. He and his assistant were cautious, clean and kind. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Great. Can't remember cost or date, but he was professional and seemed thorough.

They showed up about 15 minutes late, which for a contractor is considered spot on time. The did the work, installing all the fixtures I needed. Mr Umana did not have the ivory wall socket covers and one of the ceiling fans had a broken pull chain. To be frank, there is no telling when the pull chain was broken. We had purchased the fan back in 2005, but it would not work with our home at the time, and we just kept it hoping to use it some time. It had been opened, and assembled once, and then not carefully stored. The only thing that bothered me was that I saw it when they were off working on another light. It would not have surprised me if they saw it when installing the light and called my attention to it. But to find it myself made it seem a bit flaky. I paid for the work, and figured I would have to replace the chain on the fan, and get a couple of wall socket plates. Well, later that afternoon, Mr. Umana came back, bringing the parts to fix the fan, and ivory wall socket covers. He fixed the fan, installed the covers, and we were ready to rock. It is easy to make a mistake, or to forget something, but to come back and fix it takes class. and Mr Umana showed class Monday.

Ramon came exactly as scheduled. He was definitely up to the job and performed it with high level of professionalism. Provided also an excellent report after the inspection. Would recommend him.

The provider claims they do not service the Austin area, however the deal explicitly covers work for the Austin area. Even on the provider's website they claim that Austin is one the the areas they service, but they would not agree to complete the service at my Austin address.

I contacted Ramon via email about a smoke alarm that was beeping - like it needed a new battery. But, when I removed the cover on the alarm there was no battery inside to disconnect to stop the beeping. It was connected by two wires. (I've only been in this house a short while & am still discovering "things".) Ramon responded to my email in a few hours and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and was very professional. It was apparent that the alarm was very old and outdated & I requested that he install a new one which he did. I was very pleased with Ramon and will definitely call him in the future for any electrical problems that develop.

Well first he wired in an entire building for me. Then I had him do a second building. Then he did my house for an addition that I had done and finally, He just came and added electrical outlets to a storage unit at my storage facility. We trust this company, we trust the owner and we really have absolutely no interest in doing business with anyone else.

He didn't return my call for a few days. Then when he called he said to text him the address and he would be there at 8am Monday morning. He didn't show up or call at all. He hasn't returned my calls and is not answering the phone. I don't know how he has such positive reviews. Very unprofessional. Unless he is writing his own reviews? Hilarious because we are a major account that he could have had.

After the initial call - time was scheduled - phone call to us to let us know he would a little late (he was on the other side of town and it was close to or right at afternoon rush hour. Came and went to work - found what the problem was - old sockets - replaced all sockets on that line. Had another problem this year, but he was not available.We will still call Mr. Umana first before calling anyone else.

I contacted Ramon on May 20th to explain the situation with our kitchen light (the fixture came loose from the ceiling, so we took it down and we didn't know how to put it back together). He advised he would be available the week after to come out and do the job, but to please send him pictures via email. I sent them the pictures the next day and I didn't get any response from him. The day before the scheduled job, I contacted him again to confirm the appointment and didn't get any response. On the scheduled day, he didn't show up at the expected time. He called later that day to see if he can come then, but I was on my way to the airport for a 2 weeks vacation. I told him I would contact him after I return and he said that would work. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I texted him to see if he can come sometime that week or even the week after (as I was trying to be flexible, since his schedule seemed erratic). Never heard back from him.

I had had a couple of other people look at the job and it was a little complex, but Mr. Umana is very experienced and came up with a solution on how to install the wiring inside. Mr. Umana was very professional. He came precisely when he said, gave me a rough estimate before he left. He sent me an estimate in writing by email and made a follow up call to make sure I had received the estimate. He was patient while he waited for our decision, but kept me abreast of other jobs he had, so that I could schedule accordingly. He thought the job would take about 8 hours, but he and his guy came when they said and actually finished in about 5-6 hours. The cost was exactly the same as the estimate. I would use him again.

Overall it went well. You can trust Ramon.

I called Ramon on a Monday, he was going to be on another job in my area the next day. My job was not an emergency. He told me he would call when his other job was done, and he did. He said he'd be here in 20 minutes, and he was!!! Once I explained the details of the problem, Ramon rewired the connection to a faulty Circuit Breaker to my water heater, and also checked & fixed a bad connection on the actual water heater.. In preparation, I had purchased a brand new 30AMP circuit breaker which cost over $ 75. - just for the breaker! Ramon was able to use another, older (unused) 30AMP breaker that was inside the panel. Thus saving me the cost of the new replacement breaker! - which will be returned today! All the work was done quickly, and my hot water was restored before he left my house. Before he left, I walked him through some other little 'issues' ( switch replacements, a ceiling fixture replacement, etc.) that eventually he will be fixing for me. This was one of the BEST experiences I have ever had with a service person. WOW ! - RAMON IS THE BEST. Don't Hesitate To Use Him. Is '5 Stars' The Best Rating I Can Give Him?
