Timely completion of work, very professional quality. Master Electricial supervised work at all times. Better than two other competitors that did other work for me recently. Worth the extra cost to get the job done right.

We had a few little bumps, but they were very helpful in making it just the way we wanted it. They did a very nice job.

It went very well. Ramon was knowledgeable, gave good advice, was competitively priced, professional, polite, and on time. I would definitely use them again. Also, running the circuit included digging a trench in the backyard. It required crossing sanitary, storm, irrigation, and natural gas lines and all of the lines were intact after they were done.

Ramon was great, showed up within the 30 minute window he said he would. Worked patiently with my wife and even made suggestions as how to hang the lighting, then adjusted to suit our needs. He and his assistant were cautious, clean and kind. I'll definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended.

They showed up about 15 minutes late, which for a contractor is considered spot on time.  The did the work, installing all the fixtures I needed.  Mr Umana did not have the ivory wall socket covers and one of the ceiling fans had a broken pull chain.  To be frank, there is no telling when the pull chain was broken.  We had purchased the fan back in 2005, but it would not work with our home at the time, and we just kept it hoping to use it some time.  It had been opened, and assembled once, and then not carefully stored.  The only thing that bothered me was that I saw it when they were off working on another light.  
It would not have surprised me if they saw it when installing the light and called my attention to it.  But to find it myself made it seem a bit flaky.
I paid for the work, and figured I would have to replace the chain on the fan, and get a couple of wall socket plates.
Well, later that afternoon, Mr. Umana came back, bringing the parts to fix the fan, and ivory wall socket covers.  He fixed the fan, installed the covers, and we were ready to rock. 
It is easy to make a mistake, or to forget something, but to come back and fix it takes class. and Mr Umana showed class Monday.

Ramon came exactly as scheduled. He was definitely up to the job and performed it with high level of professionalism. Provided also an excellent report after the inspection. Would recommend him.

I contacted Ramon via email about a smoke alarm that was beeping - like it needed a new battery.  But, when I removed the cover on the alarm there was no battery inside to disconnect to stop the beeping.  It was connected by two wires.  (I've only been in this house a short while & am still discovering "things".)
Ramon responded to my email in a few hours and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.  He arrived on time and was very professional.  It was apparent that the alarm was very old and outdated &  I requested that he install a new one which he did.  
I was very pleased with Ramon and will definitely call him in the future for any electrical problems that develop.

Well first he wired in an entire building for me.

Then I had him do a second building.

Then he did my house for an addition that I had done and finally,

He just came and added electrical outlets to a storage unit at my storage facility.



We trust this company, we trust the owner and we really have absolutely no interest in doing business with anyone else.

After the initial call - time was scheduled - phone call to us to let us know he would a little late (he was on the other side of town and it was close to or right at afternoon rush hour. Came and went to work - found what the problem was - old sockets - replaced all sockets on that line. Had another problem this year, but he was not available.We will still call Mr. Umana first before calling anyone else.
