"Mrs. Wanda, we replaced your main breaker that went bad in your panel on an emergency call you made after business hours. We got you up and running and advised you that your Underground service wire needs to be brought up to code. You were made aware All Approved is NOT responsible for any damages or problems that could possibly arrive from non code compliant/damaged service wire. Your problem was not due to loose screws as you are claiming it is your damaged/exposed underground wire that made your breaker go out. You declined to have this repaired by All Approved because of cost. We apologize for your inconvenience as we did provide you with quality service and our technicians were respectful to you. Thank you."
