"Dave was a game changer for us. I had previously hired a different architect, who would miss deadlines and take multiple days to deliver the updates to the design. Now working with O'Brien Custom Home Designs it has been a 180-degree change. Dave delivers or beats his target delivery dates, provided a very sound plan for the home (he improved the previous architect's work) -- both exterior and interior look great for our lake home. I plant to hare O'Brien Custom Home Designs for my next project. I highly recommend."

"Working with SWA Interiors was one of the best decisions we made for our home. They took our outdated kitchen and turned it into a space we absolutely love. They listened to what we wanted, brought ideas we never would have thought of, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The end result is beautiful, functional, and truly feels like us. Their team is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their clients. We couldn’t be happier!"

"For years I have used Twenty7 Design and the products and services have been exceptional."

"I had a great experience with PB General Contractors. I requested a quote from James Wikowski (owner) and he was very transparent and professional with the overall process by providing a schematic diagram and breakdown of everything that was to be completed for our guest and master bathroom remodel. This was very important to me so that all parties were on the same page and communication was clear and straightforward. Meaning, that the more we talked about the project in a descriptive way, it was less likely "for the wrong wall to be torn down... James was very flexible in moving our schedule around 2 times? due to me having other concurrent projects throughout the home that were running behind schedule. I made myself available to Rene (technician) to answer any questions and troubleshoot any issues that were not anticipated, eg positioning of free standing tub, me buying the wrong size toiled and having it returned/replaced on the same day with Rene's help... Rene did a great job at installing the fixtures, and vanity, counter, and faucit I had purchased online. But I guess the most important part of the experience was when I contacted James about an electric circuit that stopped working and he had Dan (his project manager) back in the home as soon as possible to address and fix the issue (triggered GFCI switch). Overall, I am happy with my experience and would recommend PB General Contractors for bathroom remodel"

"They were very professional. They made sure the job was done quickly, and then returned to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. They had completely replaced tilework we needed in our shower/bath. We will def be looking into other things they can tackle for us."

"I needed a large shop 72ft x 40ft with an outdoor kitchen, restroom and outside kitchen sinks and BBQ. Two garage doors, windows, and two standard doors. The other Shop is a storage shop with cabinets, shelves and benches."

"We hired them to remodel our bedroom, great job, very reliable, highly recommended."

"Texas Building Design brought creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail to every step of the architectural process. They were easy to work with and delivered a design that truly fit our vision. Highly recommend for architectural projects."

"I own a small Architectural Office both residential and Light Commercial and was in a bind with several projects and was in need of a helping hand. Hank was very fast and detailed on the projects at hand. He got me out of bind, thanks to his speed and knowledge. That when I handed the projects over to him, I did not have to worry about my deadlines, excellent quality of work and precision. I currently use him on several of my projects and he has given me the ability to go after more projects. excellent work"

"Not only is Melissa a delightful person and easy to work with, she truly knows her stuff! She has the innate ability to see the beauty and potential in all spaces -- and can do it on any budget! When I was looking for a designer, I really wanted to work with someone who was comfortable with contractors and construction, but who also had a keen eye for color, fabric, textiles - and how to bring them all together. I plan to work with her again on two upcoming projects. 6 out of 5 stars!!"
