They were all done efficiently and quite satisfactorily (attic ladder, gutter downspout replacement, rotten wood, and patio cover repair). The patio cover required disassembling the metal structure, extracting damaged polycarbonate skylight panels, and replacement. Victor knew exactly how to do it and, although finding the replacement panels required more than a simple visit to the local Home Depot, Victor managed to locate the exact material and our patio cover is beautiful and light-filled again. We appreciated his work ethic so much (showed up when he said he would, worked all day, cleaned up afterwards), we added another task to wash the siding and bricks on the house and garage. "Ken installed my dishwasher.He also installed Subway tile my kitchen i t turned out beautiful. He installed three bathroom lights, three bathroom faucets, and the kitchen faucet and water filter in my kitchen. My air conditioner stopped working he fixed the air conditioner.He put a new cabin air filter in my car. I did not know I had one. Also, he fixed my gas grill and it works very nicely now. He’s on time he gets the job done and I’m very pleased with his work. I would definitely refer him to anyone that wants a job well done. I gave his car to a friend of mine, which is a realtor and she said she’ll definitely use them.
